How to Enter

Sign Up: Complete the entry form by providing your contact details, and agree to the contest terms and conditions. This will automatically add you to our mailing list, ensuring you receive updates and announcements about the contest.

How to Earn Extra Entries

Maximize your chances of winning by earning extra entries through the following actions:

1. Share the Post:

• Share the official contest post on Instagram story and tag us or Facebook.
• Make sure your profile is public so we can verify your entry.

2. Tag Friends:

• Tag friends in the comments of the contest post.
• Each friend tagged counts as an additional entry.

3. Instagram Story:

• Post a story on Instagram using our provided template. The template should feature a photo of the object you want X-rayed.
• Tag our official Instagram account in your story

Contest Prize

Unique X-Ray Artwork: The winner will receive a unique X-ray artwork created by the renowned artist Nick Veasey. The X-ray will be of the object chosen by the participant, fitting within the maximum dimensions of 20x20 inches (50x50 cm).

Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:

• The contest is open to participants worldwide.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• Employees of our gallery and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Requirements:

• All entries must be received by 11:59 PM (local time) on the last day of October.
• Only one sign-up entry per person is allowed.
• Participants can earn multiple extra entries through the specified actions.

3. Object Specifications:

• The maximum dimensions of the object to be X-rayed are 20x20 inches (50x50 cm).
• The object must be legal to ship and capable of being X-rayed. Please ensure your object fits within these dimensions.

4. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be announced on our website and social media channels within 7 days after the contest ends.
• The winner will also be contacted via the email address provided during sign-up.

5. Prize Details:

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
• The unique X-ray artwork of the chosen object will be shipped to the winner at no cost, including shipping costs to the UK.

6. General Conditions:

• By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the gallery, which are final and binding.
• The gallery reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the contest rules or exhibits inappropriate content.
• The gallery is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may occur during the entry process.
• The gallery reserves the right to change the rules at any time.

7. Privacy:

• Participants' personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Consent for Use of Submitted Photos

• By participating in the "X-Ray Your Thing" contest, you consent to the use of the photos you submit for the contest by WCG. This includes, but is not limited to, the display and promotion of your submitted photos on our social media channels, website, email newsletters, and other promotional materials. Your photos may be used in connection with the contest, as well as for future marketing and promotional purposes. We will always credit the original artist or photographer where appropriate. If you have any concerns or specific requests regarding the use of your photos, please contact us prior to submitting your entry.
